1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using TrainerPro, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

TrainerPro is a professional management tool for personal trainers, providing client management, session tracking, AI-generated reports, and business analytics. The service is available via web browser and as an installable PWA on mobile devices.

3. Individual Use — One Account Per Trainer

Each TrainerPro account is for the exclusive use of one individual personal trainer. Account sharing between multiple trainers is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. AI-Generated Content

TrainerPro uses artificial intelligence to generate session reports, client development analyses and business performance insights. All AI-generated content is produced automatically based on data you provide.

Important: AI-generated reports are tools to support your professional judgement — not a replacement for it. You, as the qualified personal trainer, remain fully responsible for all training decisions, client guidance, and the accuracy of information shared with clients. Always review AI-generated content before sharing.

5. Subscription and Payments

The free trial lasts 7 days with no credit card required.
After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time.
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

6. AI Report Limits

Trial: 15 AI reports total during the trial period.
Basic (€2.99/month): 15 AI reports per month.
Premium (€7.99/month or €79/year): 150 AI reports per month.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or access controls.
Use TrainerPro for any unlawful purpose.
Share your account credentials with third parties.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the TrainerPro platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrainerPro is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of TrainerPro after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.
